well... that’s it! The Kissing Booth 2 has officially had its final edits and there are no more changes to be made. The dedication and acknowledgement are done, the final notes are sent back to my editors, and... just like that, this book that I have been working on (at least in some shape or form) for the last seven-ish years, is finished. • This is especially weird for me on a few levels. Firstly, because this sequel started with the idea of a single scene - and I never expected it to grow into anything more than that. I worked on it while I was struggling a lot with my depression. I worked on it while I was on set in Cape Town, my passion for the characters renewed as I saw them come to life around me. I worked on it for countless weekends and evenings and for what feels like an endless process for seven years - which has finally come to an end. And honestly, I’m not really sure how to say goodbye to a book that’s been ‘in development’ for so long. So instead, I’ll just say this: • The Kissing Booth has changed my life. And I will truly be forever grateful for that. đź’‹ via Instagram https://ift.tt/33DUCZv
